2017 Xinomavro Young Vines, Thymiopoulos Estate, Naoussa. Fresh, light and unoaked xinomavro with a lovely wild raspberry and strawberry fruit flavour.
2019 Merchant Cabernet Sauvignon, Kalleske, Barossa Valley, SA. Pronounced aromatics of black cherry, raspberry and violet together with mixed spice and a hint of dark chocolate. Medium-full bodied palate with a long finish.

A unique blend of mandilaria and mavrotragano, reminiscent of jam and liquorice over a smooth, spicy and toasted background. Full bodied, complex aromas and a long finish.
